How long does shipping take?


We are UK based and offer shipping to all of our customers using Royal Mail in the UK, and Royal Mail or FedEx for overseas. You will find more information on the different shipping options when you reach check-out. We ask that customers from outside of the UK anticipate that shipping may take longer than our standard 3-5 working days. 

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £75. Shipping costs may vary for international orders. All of our UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All Royal Mail orders will be dispatched the day after purchase (excluding weekends) and you will get tracking updates. In order to qualify for tracking updates you must include your telephone number and your email address at checkout. Please check the tracking information before contacting us about where your order is. The timeframes below are Royal Mail timeframes. 

UK Royal Mail Tracked 24  | 1-2 working days from the day after order. 

- UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 | 2-3 working days from the day after order. 

FedEx orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

European Delivery Fedex | 3-7 working days from the day after order. As per UK orders, we send on first available working day.

Americas Delivery Fedex | 5-7 working days from the day after order.

Oceania Fedex | 5-7 working days from the day after order.

- Overseas Royal Mail | 5-10 workings days from the day after order

If you are an international customer, you may incur additional duties and taxes when your order arrives. If you are notified of any customs charges, please pay them immediately as customs will only hold the order for a short amount of time. Extra duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay, please contact your local customs office for further information. Your parcel may experience delays due to customs that are out of our control.

Please do not refuse your delivery. If you refuse it, you will incur extra charges to cover it being returned to us. The Nuevo Edit reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred from orders that are refused at customs.

Please note that weekend orders will not be processed until Monday.
